പൗരത്വനിയമ ഭേദഗതിയില്‍ കേന്ദ്രത്തിന് നോട്ടീസ്

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: പൗരത്വ നിയമ ഭേദഗതിചോദ്യം ചെയ്തുള്ള ഹർജികളിൽ സുപ്രീംകോടതി കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിന് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചു. ജനുവരി രണ്ടാമത്തെ ആഴ്ചയ്ക്കുള്ളിൽ കേന്ദ്രം മറുപടി നൽകണം. കേസ് ജനുവരി 22ന് വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കും. സുപ്രീം കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് അധ്യക്ഷനായ ബെഞ്ചാണ് ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിച്ചത്. നിയമംസ്റ്റേ ചെയ്യാൻകോടതി വിസമ്മതിച്ചു.
