Even in 1977, when the Congress whisked of 20 seats, the majority vote margin was not shown a wider disparity to have exuded in the concluding election. Describing the UDF victory, the biggest ever one in the history, Mr Chennithala said people accepted the policies and ideologies forwarded by UDF.
